Zucchini Hummus

This recipe is takes 2 minutes to make and it’s extra creamy!

It is perfect for that easy football tailgate recipe. Not to  mention, it’s a great way sneak those veggies in while most people go straight for the pita and chips!


  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

Just add all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until it is smooth and creamy. You may add more oil if needed. For larger parties or to make bulk, double or triple your recipe.

It’s as easy as that!
