This Mousse is amazing! Great for a quick healthy morning smoothie or can be turned into a decadent dessert very easily! Luckily i get my chocolate mint from my favorite farmer and one of my dearest friends (Brian Evans, founder of, Halo Greens; link on the blog) and it is absolutely amazing. Just taking a bite out of the fresh herb leaf tastes like a mint chocolate dessert in itself!

If you do not have access to chocolate mint you can use a tsp of raw cocoa powder
Ingredients:
1 1/2 frozen bananas
Small handful of frozen blue berries
1/3 ish cup of almond/ nut milk
1/3- 1/2 avocado
1 cup of spinach
1-3 stalks of chocolate mint or regular mint
Chocolate mouse layer.
2tsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1/3 tsp of nut milk
1/2 tsp maple syrup
-Blend milk spinach and chocolate mint and milk until smooth consistency
-blend all other ingredients other than mouse
-top with chocolate mouse and garnish with a piece of chocolate mint
-Refrigerate for a more refreshing taste
(Add 1 pack of stevia, 1/2 tsp maple syrup, and a few cubes of ice, and avoid spinach(optional) for a mouse dessert)
