Summertime “honey” Mustard Slaw!




Slaw sauce:

1/2 avocado

3 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp maple syrup(vegan)/ honey

1 tsp apple cider vinegar


Veggie Mix: Chop Approximately 4 cups

thinly sliced green/purple cabbage cut 1-2 inches long

zucchini noodles cut into 1-2 inch pieces

carrot slices


Mix sauce ingredients. Add to chopped veggie mix. Add sea salt and pepper to your liking, and enjoy!
